### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring a continuous flow throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds.
