During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all along. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
