### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition through a range of hip mobility moves, continuously flowing from one sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up before a strength session, you may skip the static holds at the end.
