### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping a consistent flow of movement. Towards the end, we will introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up before a strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is critical for ensuring your body operates at its best and helps prevent injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility improves, you are likely to notice better performance in your other workouts too.
