### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session
In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up before a more challenging strength training session, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
Adding mobility exercises to your routine is crucial for sustaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
