### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.
