### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition through a series of hip mobility exercises, flowing continuously from one movement to another. Near the end of the class, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
