### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping up a continuous motion throughout the session. Near the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
