In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body in motion throughout. As we approach the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
