### Class on Hip Mobility + Glutes
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility flow to the next, maintaining a continuous movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you’re likely to see better performance in your other workouts as well.
