### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to the next, keeping the movement going throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up prior to a strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
