### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring uninterrupted movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength training session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
