### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movement continuous. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility exercises are essential for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may find your performance in other workouts enhanced as well.
