### **Hip Mobility & Glutes Class**
In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring consistent movement all the way through. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds.
