### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**
In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Near the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up ahead of a strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
