### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movement fluid throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or as the beginning of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for maintaining optimal body function and minimizing injury risk. Additionally, as your mobility advances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
