### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll move fluidly through a sequence of hip mobility exercises, smoothly transitioning from one movement to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as a warm-up for a longer strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is crucial for sustaining a well-performing, injury-free body. Moreover, as your mobility advances, you’ll probably notice better performance in your other workouts.
