### Hip Flexibility & Glutes Session

In this class, we’ll flow continuously through a range of hip flexibility movements, smoothly transitioning from one exercise to another. Towards the end of the session, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up before a strength workout, you might want to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
