In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility series to another, maintaining constant motion throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you are utilizing this session as an extended warm-up for a strength training workout, you can skip the static holds at the end if you wish.
