### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add several static stretches. Should you choose to use this class as a longer warm-up or the initiation of an extended strength training session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
