### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up prior to a strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
