### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring constant movement throughout the class. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a longer strength session, feel free to omit the static holds.
