### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring a fluid movement throughout. Near the conclusion of the class, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this as an extended warm-up before a strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the finish.
