### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility movement to another. Near the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for keeping a body that operates efficiently and avoids injury. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also likely see improved performance in your other workouts.
