#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility series to the next, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion, we will include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a longer warm-up or the start of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more exercise.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may notice improvements in your performance during other workouts as well.
