#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of an extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility work is crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and stays free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts.
