#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the end of the class, we will incorporate a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
