Today, our attention will shift to hip mobility while also focusing on strengthening the glutes.

#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring that the body remains in motion the whole time. Near the end, we will include some static stretches. However, if you intend to use this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility work is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. As your mobility improves, you will also see better performance in your other workouts.
