### What You Will Experience in This Session
In this class, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the movement remains fluid throughout. As we approach the end, we’ll take it slow with some static stretches. You are welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion if you’re using this session as a warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength workout.
