### What to Expect in This Class
During this session, we’ll smoothly transition through a variety of hip mobility sequences, ensuring that the movement remains fluid throughout most of the class. Near the end, we’ll ease into a few static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more intense strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility training is crucial for supporting a body that functions effectively and avoids injuries. Furthermore, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other exercises.
