### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to the next, maintaining a dynamic flow. As we near the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or at the start of a longer strength routine, you can skip the static holds at the end.
