### Overview of Glutes + Hip Mobility Class

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll incorporate a few static stretches to finish things nicely. If you decide to use this class as an extended warm-up or as the kickoff to a more intense strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
