### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the movement remains fluid. Near the end, we will introduce some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles engaged and ready for action.
