#### Session Details: Hip Flexibility + Glute Strengthening
During this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip flexibility routine to the next, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or as the start of a more extensive strength workout, I recommend bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
