#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, keeping the body in motion throughout. Toward the end of the class, we’ll integrate a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
