### Glutes + Hip Mobility Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to another, ensuring that the movement remains fluid throughout. Toward the conclusion of the class, we’ll add in several static stretches to deepen the experience. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training session, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
