### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll continuously transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the movement flowing. Toward the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are essential for preserving a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workout sessions.
