### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility drill to the next, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretching exercises. If you intend to use this session as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Mobility exercises are crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’re likely to see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
