### Overview of the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility series to another, keeping the movements flowing throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll take a moment to slow down with a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
