### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or at the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains injury-free. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
