### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the onset of a longer strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for further action.
Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates optimally and remains injury-free. As your mobility improves, you’ll probably observe better performance in your other workouts too.
