### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will transition smoothly between hip mobility sequences, maintaining a continuous flow throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll ease the pace with some static stretches. If you are utilizing this session as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength workout, you can opt to skip the static holds at the end.
