Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll smoothly transition through a variety of hip mobility sequences, maintaining a continuous flow. Towards the end, we’ll add in several static stretches. If you’re using this class as part of a warm-up for an extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
