### What to Anticipate in This Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping a continuous flow throughout much of the class. Near the end, we’ll move into several static stretches to enhance flexibility and alleviate tension. If you are using this class as a lengthy warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
