### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring constant movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
