#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility exercises are crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free of injuries. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other training sessions.
