#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body in constant motion. Toward the conclusion of the session, we’ll add in a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up for a more extensive strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
