#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll move fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or at the start of a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles prepared for further activity.

Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see a boost in your performance during other workouts as well.
