#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body stays in motion the whole time. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep the muscles warm and prepared for more vigorous activity.
Mobility work is essential for maintaining a body that operates at peak efficiency and remains free from injury. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
