#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches to deepen the practice. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up for a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
